1890 The Cheyenne Daily Sun published a report from the Lander Mountaineer on the snow conditions in the Lander Area.

1903 On January 2, 1903, Laramie received a $20,000.00 Carnegie Library Grant. The new Carnegie Library was "formally given to people" on January 24, 1906.
