1913 According to the National Weather Service, a five-day snow event over southeast Wyoming came to an end on this day in 1913. Some snowfall totals for the period included 21 inches in Cheyenne, 23.1 inches near Centennial, and 24 inches at Chugwater.

1916 On December 5, 1916 the location of the Cadoma Post Office was changed to Bishop. Cadoma was a station on the Chicago and Northwestern Railroad immediately west of Bishop, which was also a station on the Chicago, Burlington and Quincy Railroad.
