1903 On November 3, 1903, the Natrona County Public Library association was organized and the Natrona Public Library established.

1914 John B. Kendrick was elected Governor of Wyoming on November 3, 1914. Kendrick, in Sheridan County was named for him. His home, Trail End is also a Wyoming State Historic Site.

1925 The Carbon County Public Library was established on November 3, 1925.

1933 John B. Kendrick, who served as Governor of Wyoming from 1915-1917 and United States Senator from 1916-1933, died on November 3, 1933. Kendrick, Wyoming is named for him. Trail End was the Kendrick family home.
